All J-League games for March Cancelled

We know that many of you visiting this site will probably already know this but just in case you haven’t received the memo yet, we would just like to bring to everybody’s attention that due to the devastating Tohoku earthquake and ensuing Tsunami, the J-League
has officially postponed all matches that were scheduled to be played in March.

People that have purchased tickets to any of these games will be able to receive a refund through their ticket dealers. Season Ticket holders of course, are exempt from refunds because, well, the games are still gonna be played but at a later date.

So far, it has not been announced when the games (the 2 league ties against Kawasaki and Jubilo + the 2 Nabisco Cup games against Omiya and Niigata) will be re-scheduled but rest assured you will know as soon as we do.

That’s all there is to say so in the meantime, take care and we look forward to seeing you all again in April.

Till then!

It would be nice if there was an option to donate the unused tickets to relief, I know there was talk going around about that. I wish you guys over there safety and that things finally take a turn for the good with the fukushima situation. There’s some great organizations out there to donate to (Red Cross, Doctors without borders) if any internationals read this blog I would encourage donating! 🙂
